If I needed to service the vehicle and the service dealer was further than the distance allowed for the vehicle mileage, without a charge, what are the provisions the dealer will make to retrive the vehicle.

Tesla rangers make house calls at about $1.00 per mile. They could go anywhere. Calculate distance to nearest service center and decide whether to send car to them or have Rangers come to the car.
