Tesla offers internships for current students according to their career page. Check the listings for jobs at Palo Alto HQ. There's a listing for an intern in firmware engineering (not quite the same as embedded systems, but still). You could probably appply now.

You may or may not have a legitimate gripe with Tesla, but there's no way you can make yourself look good doing this here, in this manner (and it's not really going to make Tesla look bad either).

I think he is saying that he can't work for SpaceX, so he is applying to Tesla.
