Sure Tesla is a great company with great products, Elon is brilliant, a modern visionary...
But seriously Tesla is made up of people and Elon is a person not a superhero, they can not think of everything.
They are smart enough to have these forums for customer feedback and to know what the enthusiasts like and do not like. We come up with stuff they may not have thought about or re-emphasise important stuff they might have glossed over. Some postings they might just get a laugh out of, and that is ok too!
