Six stations are currently active
But now that some east coast superchargers are active, shouldn't that be eight (or nine if you separately count the northbound & southbound stations in Milford, CT)?
Sorry I accidentally added this to Model S section instead of in this thread:
I think Tesla should add this module Subscriptions so we can track our posts in the forum.
Also - maybe Advanced Forum to easily search and manage topics.
I think that you may have an error in your "create design" server side code. I have a saved design, created on "1 undefined 2013".
To recreate the issue:
- Design a Model S
- Name the design
- Click Save
It worked on an earlier design that I created on 2012 September 27.
The "configuration" variable that you're sending in your form data, looks like it has the correct date ("pricing_date": "2013-01-01").
Hope that helps.
My saved designs have a 1 month error; October instead of November, etc.
Trying to add image.....

@Steve: You are using relative path which starts with /Users/... instead you should use absolute path instead which would be something like http://domain.com/Users/...
@Steve;
Standard "img" HTML works, but the image must be web-hosted on Photobucket or similar.
hdnfra -- buzz off. Spam.
@Steve;
I meant to say, photos must be web-hosted, period. Your own photos would need to be stored on a website like Photobucket.
Forum software needs upgrade: it is starting to be so active that reading all "new" messages just to get rid of "new" tags starts to get cumbersome. For example when I read last message yesterday at 6PM and started reading today at 6AM new-flags were already going at page three. 12hours and several hundred messages.
Most of the threads I don't care, but I still need to at least activate it in order to get rid of the new-flags.
Also this doesn't support any kind of threading (no replies to someone instead of top level).
So: better overall forum software is in order.
...page three at Model S forum that is.
(edit is also missing)
Timo;
my procedure is to drag each "new replies" count link to the tab bar, starting at the top (newest), one after the other, inserting each new link at the head of the line, till I've got a tab for each. Then read and close them in order. That gives me oldest first, ending with the most current. A page refresh then brings any newer ones to light, and repeat.
Seems to be the minimum time-motion method to catch everything without fussing too much with the listing page, etc.
Validation errors are gone!! I just wrote a reply and my cow-orker commented that meeting is about to start so I drop reply mid-sentence, got to meeting and continued that reply two hours later and it submitted without error.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
I'm pretty new to this forum, so please take it easy if I'm asking questions that have already been answered.
1. How do you do a search on these forum boards? It's frustrating to have to troll the topics and hopefully see what you're looking for.
2. How do I set my preferences so I get notified to posts to threads I'm interested in?
3. When I enter a forum topic they start with first post first, nice if it current (less than 30 days), not so easy to navigate when its 17 pages long. Is there a setting to change the display order?
Any help is appreciated.

1. How do you do a search on these forum boards?
Use http://volkerize.com
2. How do I set my preferences?
Not available
3. Is there a setting to change the display order?
No
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this forum is rather basic. I'm sure others will chime in with suggestions on how to make it tolerable.
Thanks Alex K. This is disappointing. You would think that a High Tech company near Silicon Valley would have forums that can do simple key word search and setting preferences. A simple preference would be getting an email to notify you that someone posted a comment to a thread you're interested in or about something you yourself posted.
I went to the link you suggested and attempted to send Tesla the message and got this on their page titled "Dead End"
Sorry lov2krz, you don't have permission to view the page you've just tried to access.
If you feel that you have received this message in error, please contact us with specific details so that we may review your access to this web site.
Thanks
When I clicked the link "contact us" it sent me to the Dead End page.
To Alex K, the Google search function does work in the forum. I just have to bookmark the search page.
Thanks for the referral.
I prefer having more information on the home page,not just three or four nice big pictures. Maybe you should add something like Latest articles, to engage more visitors who come to see your web site for the first time. Having more text on the home page is also more Google friendly.. :-)

Another suggestion for the forum. I contributed to a few forums and the all seem to have a similar layout - this one is a bit hard to maneuver in.. the posts aree not that clearly divided, the whole layout is quite pale.. The good things is though that it's clean..

How To Control Dreams?
Badly Formatted Forum Main Page
The Main Forum web page is badly formatted and the word FORUM is cut off. This is a problem with several Webkit based browsers (Chrome, Safari) and just started showing up not too long ago:

Same on Firefox.
@Alex K | FEBRUARY 1, 2013: Badly Formatted Forum Main Page
Seems to be fixed now.
Yep. FF too.
Can we have the "Go Electric - Charging" section for European Sites ?
We need all Charging informations for European Model S.
Thx a lot.
I'm not sure this has been mentioned so please forgive me if it has. But, it would be nice to have a feature in my profile showing me any posts I've commented on so that I may go back and post on them or read replies. Failing that, being able to search the forums would be the 2nd way to do this by searching for my user name or a given topic.
Finalizing my Model S. I had a question and noticed an email link on their website. I just sent a message to contact@teslamotors.com. This message was bounced back saying that the address could not be found. Is this supposed to give me confidence just before I am getting ready to plunk down a whole bunch of change.
How can I search tags?
@ Streaks | FEBRUARY 15, 2013: ...being able to search the forums would be the 2nd way to do this by searching for my user name or a given topic.
Use http://volkerize.com which has been set up to allow you to search the Tesla Motors Forum.
@cj;
Where did you come up with that address? Never heard of it. Try "ownership@teslamotors.com" or "sales@teslamotors.com", or reservations@teslamotors.com , etc. I.e., a real address. Computers are lousy guessers.
A way to search the forums. This is the first forum i have ever been to that didn't have an obvious search function

I noticed the site did not have a link to this incentive program run by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation in Canada.
Thought I would post it...
