Does anyone have a good design idea for how to mount a front license plate. In California they love to hand out fix it tickets...

Your delivery specialist will do that for you.

I know some people would prefer not to have it most of the time, but if you park at LAX without one, expect a ticket. For special cases like that I'm thinking epoxy some rare earth magnets to a license plate holder and corresponding ones on the inside of the car nose, so you can park at the airport, pop the frunk, and put the plate in place.

WOW - California has so many extra character available. I'm in Texas and picked TXSLA. TESLA is taken and there are a lot of companies with names combining Texas and Louisiana (e.g., TXLA was taken). Since I'm an oil brat I was thinking about something more cheeky, but decided against it. My other car has the plate SESEED, but I've only gotten one negative reaction. A lot of people take pictures of my plate with their cell phones.

Interesting, I saw it on a converted truck in VA, no prob.

I know KICKGAS exists in other states, which I mentioned in my application to CO DMV, but it apparently did not sway them. I was thinking of reapplying, with the hope someone else processes my application.

Mine is KCK GAS (no eye) in MD.
