How do I apply?

What time of the year do you hire interns and new grads?
We hire year-round and offer flexible 3-, 6-, 8- and 12-month work terms based on our hiring needs.
Which teams hire interns/co-ops and new grads?
Opportunities range across, but are not limited to the following departments: Manufacturing, Powertrain Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, and Corporate.

What do interns/co-ops work on?
Interns and co-ops have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects to help advance the company’s overall goals. The recruitment process aims to match students with teams and projects that best fit their area of interest and experience. Assignments range based on the company’s current hiring needs, but most often include critical path projects and hands-on involvement. We expect our students to perform at the same caliber of excellence as any other employee.
