Thank You, Tesla!

I propose we use this thread to extend our gratitude to Tesla. I envision that people would post a simple "thank you", or single out 1 or 2 employees who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. There's enough discussion elsewhere. Let's have a round of applause!

I'll start!

Thank you, Tesla! I absolutely love the car! My Product Specialist, Lauren, was particularly phenomenal.

Thank you to Sean Berwald as well, he has been a great Ownership contact person for us who has gone will beyond the call of duty for my wife and I.

Also thanks to the entire team at the Bellevue Store, with Lance Merkin (store manager) heading them up. He sets the tone for them to be helpful and enthusiastic in all regards about Tesla!

Thanks to James, Danny, Vinny and Mi(and Garrett who is now in the Bay Area) at the Seattle service center (Also the whole team at Seattle service is great, but I've worked directly with all the above people). They have been stellar as well in helping us work through any issues that have come up with our car and being super customer friendly and approachable!

After all the negativity around trolls, any more 'thank you' stories?

Oh, I concur with the great people out of the DC/Rockville stores. And Jamee is the best DS.

Thanks to the Santa Monica store manager Adam Slusser!

The day after our test drive, he had an employee come to our house with a Model S to make sure it fit in our garage. Now that's customer service!

Many thanks to Maddy in the Bellevue, WA store. She gave us our test drive last year and is now our PS. Even takes calls on her cell late at night to answer questions. Very thorough, thoughtful and helpful.

Thanks to Vince Santos at the LA service center for great service, people like this make great companies, excellent companies.

I want to say thanks to Oriana Rosenthal at the Santana Row store. She made her personal mission to make sure I was satisfied in my Tesla experience. It's people like her that make this company succeed!

Thanks to Sara Eslinger who was our phenomenal Product Specialist who mid-wifed us through the last two months of our Tesla pregnancy right up to the delivery.

And can't say enough good words about Mark, Aaron, John, Eric and Kim at the Tampa Service Center. They've taken wonderful care of our car and it's really a joy to be there just to "talk Tesla" with them. I have to think of more excuses to go hang out there.

Thanks to Jeff Chu, my very patient Product Specialist who took the time to go over (several times) configuration options, and delivery timelines.

Likewise to the Delivery Specialists, Dani Schumacher and John Scalmanini who have been working with me almost daily to have as smooth a delivery experience as possible. You guys are awesome!!

Sean Berwald here from the Ownership Experience team. We want to thank all of you for creating this page and sharing your positive experiences. This thread made my year!!! We will ensure each comment reaches all of the mentioned employees. We would not be here if it were not for all of our amazing owners and advocates (you guys). More than all of the exciting things happening at Tesla, YOU are what keeps us motivated and inspired to work so hard! It doesn't hurt to work at the most exciting company on the planet, but we certainly would not be here without such amazing customers. On behalf of Tesla, THANK YOU!

Sean Berwald, Its safe to say, from all the owners; you are welcome. You guys and girls have earned the high praise that people talk about. BUT, its not just the Ownership Experience Team that's great. I seems all of the people at TM have caught the excellent customer service bug.

Those of us that have been around here for a while have learned that you are listening, watching and responding.

We really appreciate the sincerity, the passion, the mission and the great car.

Echoing @akikiki's comment. We talk amongst ourselves about how wonderful the whole Tesla team is but we sometimes forget to say it to the Tesla team themselves.

Thank you, Ownership Experience team and Service Center teams, in particular. We love our cars and the people behind them too.

Thank you for reminding us that you are listening to us out here whether it is positive or negative. You personnally have done so much for me from the beginning of the buying process through my delivery. You had to put up with all my changes after all the deadlines. Almost everyone I have met at Tesla has shown huge dedication to the company but for me you stand out from the rest. You are one of those guys that "bleeds" Tesla. I really hope your management understands what a great employee they have in you. There are going to be many new owners who don't follow Tesla like many of us do but I am sure they are going to be very pleased if they get you on the phone and you provide the level of service you have provided me. I hope I get to shake your hand at Teslive. Thank you, Patrick

Sean helped me in the twitchy days last fall when I was waiting for news of my S. He went out of his way to get information for me, which kept me from boiling over. Thanks Sean.

Thank you. I should take delivery on my 'S' on Wednesday the 29th.
While I have owned several nice cars (Jag XF supercharged, Audi S4 and BMW M3) this is the most expensive car I have ever purchased.
I did so after a single test drive. The concept of a 'green car', that is sporty and alleviates my personal 'range anxiety' was compelling. Everyone I have dealt with at Tesla, in person, on the phone or trading emails has taken the time to answer all my questions (there have been MANY both before and after 'finalizing').
In addition, they have helped me navigate through the guaranteed buy back/loan program even though I do not live in one of the eight states where the program is allowed.

So many to thank, including many already listed above. Kyrstin Munson was inspired to suggest waiting for Model S when I found exiting the Roadster in 2008 a difficult task! She assisted with the purchase many times. Drew provided a picture perfect delivery. Lisa Bentley always brightens the day when repair service is needed. Thanks also goes to George Blankenship who listened to our suggestions while attending many events. We appreciate you all.

Graham Carroll in the Manager at the Dania Beach Store has been extremely helpful, starting with my test drive last Tuesday, then while making my deposit for a new S P85, then with follow-up calls and emails. Well done.

Jacques Fidelia, the Delivery Manager at the same store has been more than helpful in offering suggestions about a possible delivery in Southwest Harbor, Maine versus Naples, Florida.
