Please use this forum topic to share your ideas for new website features or to let Tesla know if you find a bug. Thanks!
Thanks Brian H
And if it disappears, do I just start a new One? Or is it hiding somewhere?
If it really disappeared, mods from TM musta killed it. Try again, and see if it happens again.
I would like to see an electric miles counter for Model S. I am sure it will spin much faster that the one for the Roadster.
Yeah, it would probably overtake the Roadster in a year.
Just in case you didn't know: http://ir.teslamotors.com/ is currently down. (Trying to access it from Germany.)
No problem here (Canada).
It's back online again.
Your website looks great! I really like the lack of flash!
I think a nice feature of the site would be to have an app "Where can I go with my car?" the user would type in their home address and select which model and the map would show them where they could go on a charge. and even calculate distances if they can't charge at their destination they would have enough to get back. Maybe even have point of interests that they could get to.
I recently find the text colour more difficult to read because it does not contrast enough with the background. It can't be as stylish.

The forums are getting too big for such a simplistic format. Without a search function, there's no way to look for previous postings on a specific topic without browsing tens of pages.
Forums need:

Agree, contrast is inadequate now.
Kinda weird; On the main Discussions page, if General has any new posts, it always shows as 2. If Model S has any, it always shows as 6 -- and this time there are actually 17. The numbers now appear to be meaningless.
The Model X Forum has been invaded by spambots.
Preview to see your message before actually submitting it would be very useful. Now you really can't tell what your message looks like before you have send it: using html tags and picture links especially are difficult. These cause a lot of "oops, trying again, messages".
Like you (?) observed earlier, Timo, I don't think this is actual forum software, just a tweak on Blog Commenting. It may not even be capable of that upgrade. Or many others. IOW, a complete new platform is needed.
I'd like to suggest adding two more sections to the forums: "For Sale - Cars" and a "For Sale - Miscellaneous". I'd like to offer to sell my car, but I don't want to spam -- or be perceived as spamming -- the regular discussion areas.
Hello, on what e-mail address is it possible to write concerning cooperation with other countries? thank you!

Everything just disappeared. Also noticed (before disappearance) that blog archives from 2006 were missing. Hope you have backups.
I can't use the design studio on my IPad anymore, I'm pretty sure it use to, but maybe I used a computer at work.
Can we establish a separate club on the forum for Ontario, Canada?
Just having Canada under other isn't suitable.
Other people in other provinces may want to establish their own, like Quebec and British Columbia
Thanks
In using the new website I find that the Forums are not listed in the drop-down menu at the top of the screen using Firefox 17.0. Forums are listed on the same page when I use Chrome, however. Just sayin...
I find it under Enthusiasts just the same, FF 17.0.1
@mklcolvin, just guessing: javascript disabled?
Apologies if already mentioned, but Tesla needs RSS feeds for the various forums.
How about a tech support site where you can post latest fixes and work arounds to some of the minor problems one encounters. You can model it after a computer or software provider site.
I am using Chrome on my retina mac and down at the bottom the media icons are only displaying 1/2∏ radians of the circles. I notice this is because the css is is interrupting the device pixel ratio :2 section in the main.css line 245. this can be fixed by adding "background-size:cover;" under each background: url statement in the @media screen and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio:2) code block. I guess this isn't the most important bug though, it just bugs me everytime I see it. no pun intended :P
I get a "Validation Error" preventing many postings, particularly if they include a URL.
Everyone gets them, nothing to do with the content.
I would like to see a larger photo galery for the tesla model s

The best workaround I've found is to copy your blocked post, Page Back to the blank Reply Form, and re-paste and Enter.
