21" Wheel option pricing

When did the 21" wheel become a $3500 option for the MS Performance? My saved configuration still lists it as a no-cost option. Will Tesla still honor my configuration?

That happened with the 2013 price increase. Have you received an invitation to finalize your order? If so, if you finalize it within the time period (I think it was 30 days), you will get that price. If not, then you will have to pay extra for them.
