Currently Tesla Model S is leading with 59% of the votes.
Go Tesla.
I just voted. It is not even close, as Tesla has 59% and the Ford Focus Electric is 2nd at 21%. Go Team Tesla.
Not quite an owner yet but you can count me in as 1 who drank the kool aid big time.
I voted the MS of course...

I'm starting to feel bad for the other guys. It's not even a competition anymore.
All this good press is very good for a change in attitude towards clean vehicles but could be very bad for TM in that either a ton of competition will come after them or they will be acquired.
All in all, great for todays consumer and our grandkids...
Doesn't hurt my TSLA position either... :)
TM would be a very indigestible meal for any acquirer. The approach and culture are completely at odds with the gas-centrice ones. Acquisition would either stifle TM or severely disrupt the acquirer (assuming it was an automotive major).
I would generally agree with you, Brian. I see TM as a takeover target for a manufacturer who (in a few years) hasn't spent any time on EVs and needs to catch up in a big way.
Final verdict not in yet but a very thorough and positive review was posted today with the car getting almost 10/10 stars in every category and an editors choice stamp.

Jewsh;
I'm actually disputing that that could work. I don't think the "fit" is there. A purchaser might dream sweet M&A dreams, but ...
