Education reimbursement?
Does Tesla offer any education benefits? I want work for Tesla, but I have a bachelor's in electrical engineering which I don't think is sufficient. I am going to work there regardless within 2-5 years, but I just want to know if I should apply now or later.
If the benefits are available now, I'd applying now and take advantage of them to increase my fundamental knowledge and skills. If they're not then I'd want to apply later, having increased my chances, and value.
Any advice?

You might want to start from http://www.teslamotors.com/about/careers
