Does Tesla motors have a mission statement?
This page from the tesla site is the closest I found.
I am not sure, but answering Emails is defenetly not one of the company goals so far. Extreamly disapointing, considdering I pay some 120K Euro for the car I hope to pick up in the comming week.
I am sure my company woeld not make a profit when not answering Emails

I don't know the topic of your emails, but I wouldn't take it personal, they're probably just really busy. I assure you its nothing personal. How many email do you think they get? Maybe they haven't gotten to your email yet?!
Congratulations on your car and I really envy that your in the position to have such a nice car. I hope to be in your position one of these days. However, the last part of your post bothered me. Again, I don't know the topic of your email, but who are you to attempt guilt-tripping them into a response? That's not right..
I assure you they do read them because a few months ago I sent them an email to pitch a possible supercharger location and to my surprise they made it happen. Here is the article: http://www.kenoshanews.com/news/village_oks_charging_station_for_electri...
I think the closest thing I've seen to a mission statement is on their "About Tesla" page under the "Sparking the Evolution" heading. It's clean, concise and clearly conveys what Elon has also said is their master plan.
Tesla’s goal is to accelerate the world’s transition to electric mobility with a full range of increasingly affordable electric cars. We're catalyzing change in the industry. Tesla vehicles and EVs powered by Tesla are fun to drive and environmentally responsible.
