Volkerize.com is here - Tesla Motors forum searching!

Thanks to the suggestion of Tharasix, and with the utmost respect to the most honorable @Volker.Berlin I give you Volkerize.com

Not too pretty, but it works.

I can tweak it to add subforum searches as well if you want.

Enjoy!

Still there. No change.

On Google you can also do like this:

SEARCHWORDS site:teslamotors.com/forums

Very, very long time since I bumped this. So for the benefits of the recent joiners to this forum...

Since there is no search on this forum I created http://volkerize.com back in Oct 2012 to simplify the use of google search. Not too pretty, but it works - but only for public threads; it won't search private threads.

It uses Google Search with the "site:teslamotors.com/forum/forums" parameter.

For public and private threads you can use the Chrome Extension that Shane O'Sullivan wrote: http://www.teslamotors.com/forum/forums/ive-built-new-forum-search-tool-...

So - we are nearly at the 1st anniversary of Volkerize.com and Volker finally got his Model S.. Yay!

@TeslaInFront - thx much! Good luck with the car. I had my first anniversary a couple of days ago - I can't believe I've had the car a year already!

I love that this post's subject line isn't shouting and surrounded in hash marks.

So, bump!

Nick, would you be interested in hosting the google custom search engine code I set up on volkerize.com? I could still track/update stats keeping your thread bumped in the process. I'd forward the code for the following also:
