For those not familiar with Toronto, this is a truly premium site for TM. It is right beside the main E-W cross-town/cross-province highway, the 401. It is at the intersection of a major N-S artery, the 400. It is right next to a secondary (mostly privately used by Bombardier) airport, Downsview. It is a mile or two from the #2 university in the city, York. The shopping mall it is in is heavily patronised, and somewhat upscale: Yorkdale Mall.
Superb.
Wanted to be there tonight at the opening but couldn't find a good business reason to be in Toronto today. I'll be there soon for sure. I assume they will have TMS in display.
I will wait the opening in Montreal instead sorry.
The store is really nice. I was there yesterday and got my reservation in for the model S.
The store will have a lot of foot traffic since it is situated between the Microsoft store and the soon to open Apple store.

I attended the new Yorkdale store last afternoon. It looks like Tesla has done a bangup job; they chose a great location with plenty of well-heeled clients. We spoke with two customers who seemed ready to buy (outright, we were told) the S' w/85Kw battery.
My wife spoke with a salesperson at the new location who (when asked) said the new store is generating about 15 new reservations A DAY.
I took many pictures... there was even a white model like the one I have on order!
Just 15? Well, I'm sure there will be lots more when the store gets better known.

I was at yorkdale microsoft opening day and visited Tesla showroom right accross it.... This model S got me excited and now i'm thinking of replacing my M5. That white one with carbon fibre spoiler and 17" monitor sold me :-)
My wife loves the two trunks.... lol
