On Sept. 14 will the 2th Professional Passionates Electric Car Rally take place. (http://ppelectricrally.nl/ Warning Dutch only)
A opportunity for Tesla to show Europa the Model S on the road, and maybe to change the chance to have a free ride in the roadster into a free ride in the model S and make 4 people happy instead of 1.

I think you'll need to get a demo car there, since the Signature series doesn't look like it is done until end of Sept.
September next year should have plenty of Model S cars in Netherlands though.
