40kwh not listed on CA DMV White Decal

Presumably the 40kwh will be added to the CA DMV White Decal program? Currently on the DMV site:

Tesla ModelS (85 kWH and 60 kWH battery) ZEV Electric n/a DTSLV00.0L1S white decal

Most likely CA DMV will not add 40 KWH battery type to the list until it is in production.For 60 KWH, DMV did not add it until late Jan 2013, couple weeks after the first delivery of 60 KWH model.
