Hi, In case my patience were to fold during the 12 month wait and buy a second hand Model S 85kw performance from the US, I was wondering if anybody has a "action list" on what to do when converting a US Model S to EU spec? I can only guess the following for now; Change charge adapter from 110 V to 240 V, reprogram the ECU unit to match KM/h, European Maps, change xenon settings to match EU specs, no light reflector on the wheel arches etc. There might be a thread around here that explains this, but i cannot find it. There is also the issue with battery warranty across the Atlantic.... Freight is no problem!! Any input is much appreciated. :)
There are also other problems with charging... In Europe we use 3-phase charging and in US they have high-amp 1-phase, that means your charging in EU without proper 80A or 40A circuit - both quite difficult to get - would be much slower.
Yes, but it would take you 12 months to finish all the work, by which time ....

Hi all,
Like many people on here, I want to be able to search the forums, and Volkerize, while better than nothing, doesn't quite do what I want....
