Have the 3 Model Ss that headed out of the factory on June 22 been delivered? Or any other cars delivered by Tesla after June 22? How was the experience?

Does anybody know if you can or how to lock the navigation so the red arrow is always pointed up and the road you are on is always straight ahead?
