I have had my Model S for a little over a week. Today when I drove it the turn signal beepers stopped working. It is possible that I accidentally did something on the master screen, but I have been unable to find out what! Any suggestions?

Just reset the display. Hold down the scroll wheels on both sides of the steering wheel for about 15 seconds.
I have had this 3-4 times now. It's worse than just the turn signal clickers - its all audio. Radio, cellphone, turn signal, everything.
Rebooting seems to fix it.
Gotta say that rebooting your car while driving is kinda scary at first...
@Mike6 - at least you don't get the blue screen of death :)
Or even worse, the Red Screen Of Death. Beware!
Look at the vehicle controls, the suspension settings should also be grayed out when it happens, as if it doesn't notice you've pushed the brake pedal to start the car. This is a bug in 4.1. They are tracking it, hopefully the fix is coming soon. Disabling deep sleep is a workaround, but it will cost you about 4-6 miles extra a night.
TESLA wants to be as successful as Apple, yet they used Windows crap for its software, which you need to keep rebooting every three seconds? I don't understand. I will definitely cancel my order.

Sorry, but you sound like a Troll. No one (other than you) has said that they are using [Microsoft] Windows software! They are using Linux with a custom GUI running under X windows.
I've only had the car for a few days, but I haven't had to reboot the screen every 3 seconds.
"RFI" - Reboot Fixes It. ;) Someone should compose a song, distributed in permanent memory with the Sound Package.
edcalis - "I will definitely cancel my order."
I Think this is BS!
I doubt you have a reservation. How will you cancel it???
Cancelling a reservation over a minor technical and infrequent glitch? Perhaps you'd be more comfortable NOT being an early adopter of technology...also, Alex K is correct, the Model S interface is Linux.
