hi, does anyone knows if tesla is manufacturing the model s for right hand drive
as in my country we use right hand drive.and if not when will they makes these?

In Australia, we are also Right hand drive, and yes, they will be making these. We are expecting first deliveries in Q3 or possibly (hopefully/maybe) Q2 2013.

I believe that the right-hand drive models are being developed under R&D. See third quarter financial reports.
